TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before booking your appointment, please carefully read our terms and conditions below.

• please arrive no earlier or later than your scheduled appointment time as I cannot accommodate early or late arrivals.• do not bring anybody with you as I do not have a waiting area.

• please come with a clean face and clean lashes – this means no products on your face or eyes as this will affect application.

• do not wear mascara over your eyelash extensions as this will clump them together and I cannot infill them after this.

Within the first 48 hours of having your lashes done, please avoid the following:

• Steam or humidity/heat
• Getting lashes wet
• Washing hair or face
• Gym/sweat
• Rain

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD IN ORDER TO BOOK

You will have to pay a £10 deposit which will be taken off of your appointment charge.

Cancellations

To cancel your appointment after booking, please reply to the appointment confirmation email stating that you would like to cancel your appointment.

It’s been 2 weeks nearly since I had my lashes done and hardly any have shed!

They still look so full and fluffy. Also wore natural strip lashes on top of them for the wedding (don’t kill me) and literally not a single one pulled out!
